Meeting Parkway Drive today was easily the best moment ever.

Annoyed that I cried but I don’t even care any more, I love this band more than life omfg.

So pretty much I met Winston and I did the usual act calm and collected ‘Hey dude, nice to meet you, love the new record’.

I then asked ‘Can we duck face together?’. 

He happily laughed and said ‘Totally dude, I bet we’ll look super cute’.
Winston is the best and most tanned guy I have ever met in my life.

Parkway Drive vocalist Winston McCall says the mythical figure was the obvious choice when it came to naming the band’s ambitious fourth album.

“We’re living in a time where you can’t ignore what’s going on and that leads, if you have a conscience, which most people do, to some kind of weight that you have to bear,” McCall explains. “I think the world is something that everyone is carrying on their shoulders and whether we choose to drop it or not is up to us.”
